IMPROVING THE METHODOLOGY OF ORGANIZING GROUP EXERCISE: ANALYSIS BASED ON THE EXPERIENCE OF FOREIGN ARMIES

This article analyzes the role and importance of the methodology of organizing group exercises in the process of training military personnel, especially officers. It also studies the methods of training officers of the People's Republic of China and the armies of other developed countries. The article considers the advantages of military games, simulation technologies, decision-making exercises and modern training systems. Based on the analysis of foreign experience, scientific and practical proposals have been developed to improve the effectiveness of group exercises.
