Viscosity of Louisiana Sweet Crude Oil and North Sea Oil at one bar of pressure and various temperatures

This dataset includes viscosity measurements for Louisiana Sweet Crude and North Sea Oil at different temperatures. Viscosity was measured at five temperatures, 4, 10, 15, 25 and 35 degrees Celsius. Shear viscosity, shear stress, shear rate, and gap are reported for 3 experimental runs at each temperature for both oil types. Averaged values and standard deviation are also reported. Viscosity was measured with a rotation viscometer at 1 bar of pressure. This research was conducted to analyze the influence of oil composition and temperature on oil viscosity.
