In this dataset, we compare the gene expression data of induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cell-derived CD61+ megakaryocytes carrying heterozygous or homozygous Calreticulin (CALR) ins5 mutations or the CALR wildtype gene. 9 samples; Three biological replicates were analyzed per genotype. Het - heterozygous CALRins5 mutation; Hom - homozygous CALR mutation; WTcr - CALR wildtype generated by CRISPR/Cas9 using the respective mutated clone.
