Code and flow-field data for gravitactic coral larval settlement over reef microtopography

This archive contains MATLAB code and precomputed flow-field data associated with the manuscript "Gravitactic Swimming and Settlement of Coral Larvae Over Reef Microtopography in Wave-Driven Flow". The MATLAB code simulates gravitactic coral larval trajectories over wave-driven reef microtopography and computes contact, transport, and settlement-related quantities. The accompanying .mat files contain precomputed flow fields for flat, narrow-ridge, and wide-ridge substrate cases.
