Completion report for interjurisdictional project# 3-D-78 ASMFC's interstate fisheries management plan

This report serves as the completion report for the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission's (ASMFC) lnterjurisdictional Grant# 3-IJ-78. Primary activities funded under this grant have supported management planning on Atlantic herring, northern shrimp, northern lobster, red drum, and Atlantic menhaden. Also, activities of the ASMFC Northeast and South Atlantic Statistical Committees and ASMFC Law Enforcement Committee were supported with funding provided by the grant. In order to make this report more comprehensive, and to provide an overview of how the ASMFC/IJF grant is integrated into the ASMFC's Interstate Fisheries Management Program (ISFMP), activities on other ISFMP species and committees are included.
