Transcriptome assembly of a Danish population of Ramazzottius varieornatu. Transcriptome assembly of Ramazzottius varieornatu

A de novo reference transcriptome was generated from the Danish population of Ramazzottius varieornatus. Total RNA was extracted from approximately 510 tardigrades. RNA was built into sequencing libraries and processed using DNBseq sequencing technology. A total of ~67 million pair-end reads (100bp) were generated and used to assemble the transcriptome.
