Replication Data for: Terrestrial carbon inputs drive methylmercury accumulation in zooplankton of boreal and subarctic lakes

These datasets and code accompany a paper published in Limnology and Oceanography titled "Terrestrial carbon inputs drive methylmercury accumulation in zooplankton of boreal and subarctic lakes". This study examined the relationship between zooplankton methylmercury content and terrestrial organic carbon in 16 lakes in boreal and subarctic Scandinavia. Sampling for this work was done in fall 2016. These datasets include physico-chemical and dietary variables for each lake, as well as the annotated code used to analyze the data.
