C3-15 Raw sequence reads

The cultures obtained at different stages of selection were used as samples for high-performance sequencing of the hypervariable fragment of the rrnB operon, which encodes the V4 site of the 16S rRNA in bacteria. As a result of sequential selection, an uncultured strain of Pseudomonas japonica was isolated. For this strain, a full-length sequence of the 16S rRNA gene was obtained to clarify its species affiliation. This full-length sequence of the 16S rRNA gene for the Pseudomonas japonica strain was deposited in GenBank under the accession number PQ432336.
