Cervical cancer is a malignant tumor of the female reproductive tract. This product provides analytical workflows for DNA, RNA, and single-cell samples. For DNA analysis, it covers point mutations, structural variations, fusion gene analysis, and copy number variation (CNV) analysis. For RNA sequencing (RNA-seq), in addition to differential gene expression analysis, the workflow also includes de novo transcript discovery, allele-specific expression analysis, and the analysis of interactions between transcripts and non-coding RNAs. Single-cell analysis includes cell type identification, cell-cell communication analysis, single-cell trajectory analysis, and transcription factor analysis.
