The findings of the current study indicated the immediate and long-term effects of both single-session a-tDCS and c-tDCS (20 min, 2 mA) over left DLPFC, with more efficacy of left DLPFC a-tDCS on static and dynamic postural stability in CLBP patients with HFP. This knowledge helps the physicians/therapists to plan using tDCS intervention for the improvement of postural stability in CLBP patients with HFP.
