This dataset contains three assembled transcriptomes. The three transcriptomes are the following:
Strain W1434 (Sk-1 spore killer), vegetative tissueStrain 5941 (sensitive to spore killing), vegetative tissueCross between strains W1434 and 5941 (where spore killing is happening), sexual tissue
