SALIVARY METABOLOMIC AND PSYCHOLOGICAL DATA OF TEMPOROMANDIBULAR DISORDERS

RAW DATA from a pilot study of Untargeted 1H-NMR-based metabolomic of saliva comparing women with Temporomandibular Disorders before and after a conservative treatment with normal ones. It was also provided data of some instruments that can show differences that allow the separation between the groups like Visual analogic scale for pain (VAS), Hospital Anxiety and Depression index (HAD), Oral Health Impact Profile-14 (OHIP-14)and Pain Catastrophizing Scale (PCS) from the examination of the control group (CG), the experimental group before treatment (EG -pre), and experimental group at the end of treatment (EG-post).
