Data set from the article titled "A2 β-Casein Infant Formula with High sn-2 Palmitate and Casein Phosphopeptides (CPP) Supports Energy and Mineral Absorption in Chinese Infants" (2025)

We reported previously (Front. Nutr., 2024, 11:1442584; doi: 10.3389/fnut.2024.1442584) that an A2 β-casein infant formula containing high sn-2 palmitate levels and casein phosphopeptides improves stool consistency, gastrointestinal comfort, crying time, and bone mineral density in healthy infants. This data set presents biochemical analyses, from the same infant cohort, that shine light into the mechanisms behind the results published in 2024.
