Genetic Determinants of Drug-Induced Gingival Overgrowth in a Thai Cohort

This study investigates genetic susceptibility to DIGO in a Thai population using whole-genome sequencing. The cohort includes 74 participants, consisting of 36 individuals with clinically diagnosed DIGO and 38 controls without gingival overgrowth. Genome-wide association analysis, gene-base testing, haplotype analysis, and statistical fine-mapping were performed to identify variants associated with DIGO.
The data consisted of GWAS statistics, MAGMA analysis and Rdata to support the future research in pharmacogenomics and oral disease.
