Chromosome-level reference genome of cowpea beetle Callosobruchus maculatus

This dataset includes sequencing data for the second, third generations, and Hi-C of adult male Callosobruchus maculatus, transcriptome data for both males and females, as well as chromosome-level genome assembled based on these sequencing data. The sequencing samples of the C. maculatus were imported from Nigeria and intercepted by Beijing customs, P.R. China and then inbreed for about 20 generations, with the sequencing coverage of 132x and the genome size of approximately 1.2 Gb.
