To elucidate the underlying mechanism governing the modulation of antitumor immune responses by the treatment of RT + IL/aC@RBAH, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of the transcriptomic landscape post-treatment. Differential expression gene (DEGs) analysis, in conjunction with Gene Ontology (GO) term enrichment and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) enrichment analysis, was employed to delineate the transcriptomic alterations within tumors from orthotopic 4T1 tumor-bearing mice following diverse therapeutic interventions.
