Processed bulk RNA-seq data and downstream analysis scripts for iPSC-derived human liver organoids and iPS cells

This record contains processed bulk RNA-seq data and downstream analysis scripts associated with a study of human iPSC-derived liver organoids (HLOs) generated by a simple suspension culture method. The dataset includes sample metadata, gene-level expression matrices, differential expression results, Gene Ontology enrichment results, and R scripts used for volcano plot, heatmap, and GO analyses. Raw sequencing was performed with three biological replicates per group (iPS and HLO). This Zenodo record is intended to support transparency and reproducibility of the transcriptomic analyses described in the associated manuscript. Raw sequencing files are available separately through an appropriate sequence repository or will be deposited separately if applicable.
