Effect of structured relaxation technique in patient having sleep disturbance due to anxiety: RCT

This study is RCT in which 12 individuals having sleep disturbance due to anxiety were recruited. The group was divided into two group i.e., experimental group and control group. Structured relaxation technique was made and given to experimental group and conventional therapy was given to control group.
