Antarctic ice-sheet input bundles for Hoosier Model land-ice tests (Amundsen 2 km; continental 10 km v3)
收藏资源简介:
Gridded Antarctic ice-sheet input bundles built by the Hoosier Model's antarctic_inputs application (python -m hoosier_model.apps.antarctic_inputs) from public NASA/NSIDC and PGC datasets. They are the inputs of the model's real-data land-ice tests, which the model's external-data registry fetches by SHA-256. amundsen-inputs.nc (SHA-256 1bef336da37ba7a94df0e55091d7e87bedd8a34299cf4acb1de5a0d03f328ed5): the Amundsen Sea sector, EPSG:3031, 2 km spacing, 450 × 400 cells (x from −1 800 000 to −900 000 m, y from −900 000 to −100 000 m). Bed from BedMachine Antarctica V4; surface from REMA, with BedMachine filling gaps; velocity and its errors from MEaSUREs InSAR-Based Antarctica Ice Velocity Map V2. Built in or before August 2026; the exact command line was not recorded. Used by tests/scientific/test_antarctic_multidycore_real_data.py and test_antarctic_diva_tangent_audit.py. antarctica-10km-v3.nc (SHA-256 1f43404d0c012cfbfcf61a91f69ba1315a4f1572a5a4e360d8008e8c3941093e): the whole continent, EPSG:3031, 10 km spacing, 660 × 660 cells, area-mean resampling, surface from BedMachine. Built 2026-10-16 (Big Red 200 job 8598052) with python -m hoosier_model.apps.antarctic_inputs --bedmachine NSIDC-0756_BedMachineAntarctica_19700101-20191001_V04.1.nc --velocity antarctica_ice_velocity_450m_v2.nc --spacing-m 10000 --x-min-m -3300000 --x-max-m 3300000 --y-min-m -3300000 --y-max-m 3300000 --output antarctica-10km-v3.nc.
