Asexual stage 10 µM inhibition data was obtained from the Collaborative Drug Discovery Database (CDDD), 10 µM drug 3D7 48 hr, 3H hypoxanthine assay for parasite inhibition protocol, and asexual IC50 data was obtained from from Eastman et al. or from the CDDD WRAIR IC 50 nM D6 protocol as noted [47], [48].
