资源简介:
The sample included 612 outpatient patients from four different community hospitals in the Pudong district of Shanghai. The survey utilized the Stroke Self-Management Behavior Scale (SMB), the Health Literacy Measure for Patients with Chronic Diseases (HeLMES), and the Patients’ Power Distance Scale (PPDS). Using the Johnson-Neyman method and SPSS Process Macro, the moderating effect of power distance and its effective value range were explored.
The average score for high-risk stroke individuals HLM was 2.15±0.40, in SMB was 2.24±0.39, and in PPD was 3.34±0.23. Power distance had a significant negative moderating effect on the relationship between health literacy and self-management behavior (b = -0.05, p < 0.001, 95% CI [-0.06, -0.04]). When the power distance score was in the range of 40 to 56.9, health literacy had a positive impact on self-management behavior.
