SmartUsability: Educational Platform Assessment

This document presents the Likert scale instrument “SmartUsability: Educational Platform Assessment”, which aims to assess the perceived usability of an educational platform with artificial intelligence (AI) integration, to analyze the interactions between user and system and thus ensure an optimal and effective user experience; evaluating factors such as technical and pedagogical usability, level of accessibility and inclusion and effectiveness of AI as a support tool.The target population for this questionnaire is Higher Educational Institutions that seek to evaluate the overall usability of educational platforms.
