This study aims to elucidate the physiological and molecular mechanisms underlying the response of Abrus mollis Hance to simulated drought stress. We conducted time-course physiological assessments across distinct stress stages and integrated these with transcriptome profiling to systematically identify key drought-responsive genes and their regulatory networks in leaves.
