DOT1L, a histone H3 lysine 79 (H3K79) methyltransferase, is a potential therapeutic target in various malignancies. We found that DOT1L inhibition activates interferon (IFN) signaling in breast cancer cells. To investigate whether cGAS-STING pathway is involved in the DOT1L inhibition-induced IFN signaling, we performed RNA-seq analysis in STING knockout breast cancer cells.
