Pressure–Wind Alignment Field and Seasonal State-Space Structure over East Asia (2020–2025)
收藏资源简介:
This dataset introduces a physically interpretable transformation of atmospheric fields based on the alignment between surface pressure gradients and wind vectors. Daily pressure and wind data over East Asia (2020–2025) are converted into a scalar alignment field using cos(Δθ), representing the directional agreement between forcing and response. Spatially aggregated metrics are used to construct a low-dimensional state space via principal component analysis (PCA). The resulting representation reveals a structured seasonal trajectory, with monthly averages forming a closed loop that is consistently reproduced across multiple years. All datasets, figures, and analysis notebooks are provided to ensure full reproducibility.
