The Importance of Being Constrained - Dataset

This repository contains all of the raw datafiles used in the creation of the paper 'The Importance of Being Constrained' File explanation: Because of the large amounts of data, it has been turned into several rar-archives: - pyada_p2: this contains all of the performance results on BBOB functions of the pyade algorithms (including SHADE and L-SHADE) in IOHprofiler format - logs_dict: The pickled version of the per-run files of pyade on bbob, but with logged population diversity, POIS etc. - logs_full: The version of logs_dict in txt-format, containing the concatenated data from the raw runs on all functions -DE_TIOBR: A static version of the accompanying github repository (https://github.com/Dvermetten/DE_TIOBR) where all notebooks and scripts for reproduction are included. -TIOBR_MathematicaNotebooks: Mathematica notebooks which were used to create figures 4, 12, 13 and 14 from the paper - Other rars: The files from SOS of running different DE versions on f0
