We analyze the effect of the downexpression of the ARES lncRNA (AT4G14548) on the transcriptome of Arabidopsis roots. 12 DAS roots were harvested and total RNA extracted for RNA sequencing. Overall design: RNA-seq experiments (polyA+ RNA) in quadriplicate for each genotype (Col-0 and RNAI-ARES-6,2 lines).
