为丰富北方冬季植物景观,以四季玫瑰(Rosa davurica × rugosa Thunb.)、粉杆丝棉木(Euonymus maackii Rupr.)和火炬柳(Salix alba L.)为试验材料,测定不同低温处理下3种观枝干植物一年生枝条的相对电导率,利用Logistic方程计算3种植物的半致死温度(LT50),最后利用主成分分析法和隶属函数法对不同低温处理下枝条的抗寒指标相对电导率、含水量、吸水量、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量、脯氨酸含量、丙二醛含量和SOD活性进行抗寒性综合评价。
To enrich the winter plant landscape in northern China, three ornamental stem plants, Rosa davurica × rugosa Thunb., Euonymus maackii Rupr., and Salix alba L., were selected as experimental materials. The relative electrical conductivity of one-year-old branches of the three plants under different low-temperature treatments was measured, and the semi-lethal temperature (LT50) of each species was calculated using the Logistic equation. Finally, a comprehensive cold resistance evaluation was conducted via Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and the Membership Function Method, based on the cold resistance indices of the branches under different low-temperature treatments, including relative electrical conductivity, water content, water absorption capacity, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content, proline content, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, and SOD activity.
