Antibody levels against 80 antigens from common pathogens by Luminex in the Milieu Intérieur cohort

Antibody levels against 80 antigens were quantified using bead-based Luminex Intelliflex system. Antigens derived from a broad panel of common respiratory pathogens and pathogens causing routine vaccine-preventable diseases. Antibody titers were measured in the Milieu Intérieur cohort at Visit 1 (1000 individuals) and Visit 3 (414 individuals, 10 years later). For each visit, two files are available: one .tsv file describing the antigens variables collected and one .tsv file containing the measurements.

The files are structured as follows:
- Description file: Antigen variables in rows, with columns for variable name, description, and cutoff value ;
- Measurement file: Participants in rows and antigen variables in columns.

The data were collected to assess the infectious history of Milieu Intérieur participants for the most prevalent pathogens, and to determine how past infections contribute to inter-individual variation in immune responses.
