Every Edge Has a Source: A Provenance-Layered Knowledge Graph for Cardiac Surgery and Intensive Care (graph d2b8e717)

Build pipeline, layer registry, verification suite, competency questions and the openly licensed part of a provenance-layered knowledge graph for cardiac surgery and intensive care. The graph uses SNOMED CT as its only ontological backbone; drug knowledge and observational evidence are added as tagged, removable layers, published as RDF with one named graph per layer, PROV-O descriptions and SHACL shapes. This deposit contains the code, identifier-only selection files, the open ChEMBL named graph, the PROV-O default graph, the SHACL shapes and the verification records of graph d2b8e717. Layers built from licensed or internal sources are not included; users who hold the source licences can rebuild them with the code. See README.md and DATA_LICENSES.md.
