新扬州鸡

新扬州鸡，属兼用型培育品种，由扬州鸡和新汉夏鸡为素材杂交选育形成，由扬州大学动物科学与技术学院（原江苏农学院）培育，产于扬州市郊区、邗江、六合、仪征及安徽一带。体型小而生长慢，具有耐粗饲、生活力强和肉质鲜美，群众称为“扬州地方草鸡”。具有黄羽、黄喙、黄脚的“三黄”特征。资源纯交易性共享、资源交换性共享、合作，现场获取。New Yangzhou Chicken is a dual-purpose selectively bred breed. It was developed through crossbreeding and selective breeding using Yangzhou Chicken and New Hampshire Chicken as breeding materials, and was cultivated by the College of Animal Science and Technology, Yangzhou University (formerly Jiangsu Agricultural College). It is distributed in the suburbs of Yangzhou City, Hanjiang District, Luhe District, Yizheng City and surrounding areas of Anhui Province. It has a small body size and slow growth rate, with characteristics of roughage tolerance, strong viability and delicious meat, and is commonly known as "Yangzhou local grass chicken" by the public. It features the "three yellow" traits: yellow plumage, yellow beak and yellow shanks. The resource sharing methods include pure transaction-based sharing, resource exchange-based sharing, cooperation and on-site access.
