Plankton Objects

Attached to MacNeil et al. (2022). Additional representative plankton objects from major groups of eukaryotic taxa found on the Newfoundland Shelf during the early winter bloom phase in MacNeil et al. <em>in review.</em> Objects are segmented from holograms produced using digital in-line holographic microscopy and reconstructed with a Helmholtz-Kirchhoff algorithm. All image computation was done through 4-deep inwater imaging software.本数据集附于MacNeil等人（2022）的研究成果中，同时补充了MacNeil等人待发表研究里，于纽芬兰大陆架冬季早期水华阶段采集的真核生物主要类群的代表性浮游生物个体。所有浮游生物个体均从采用数字同轴全息显微镜（digital in-line holographic microscopy）拍摄、并通过亥姆霍兹-基尔霍夫算法（Helmholtz-Kirchhoff algorithm）重建的全息图像中分割得到，全部图像计算工作均通过4-deep inwater imaging软件完成。
