Cardiac and hepatic vascularized organoid data and metadata

This data set includes the RScript used in conjunction with Seurat and RStudio to analyze single-cell RNA-sequencing (scRNA-seq) data from three (3) cardiac vascularized organoid (cVO) samples, to annotate cVO cell clusters using the Azimuth adult heart database, and to compare cVO cell populations with those of a 6.5 post-conception week (PCW) heart. All transcriptomic data of human pluripotent stem cell (hPSC), Control, cVO, and hepatic vascularized organoid (hVO) samples are deposited in the NIH Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) under GSE185194. In addition, this data set includes the images from the thirty-four (34) screening conditions used to identify the optimal combination of growth factors/small molecules that resulted in cVO formation.
