The data presented here pertains to the investigation of the greenhouse gas footprint of the free-flowing Neretva River in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Data was collected during a ten-day field campaign in July 2022 and involves 60 sites across 50 km of river from the Krupac confluence (10 km upsream of Ulog) until the Jablanica reservoir near Konjic.
