To identify the target gene of NFIL3, we transfected K562 cells with siNFIL3 or siControl, respectively. In order to better understand the function of NFIL3 gene, mRNA expression profiles were analyzed by using Affymetrix HTA2.0 Microarray in K562 cells transfected with siNFIL3 or siControl under hypoxia Overall design: K562 cells were transfected with siNFIL3 or siControl under hypoxia, respectively.
