Input files for the habitat capacity model of the ecosystem model West Florida Shelf (WFS) Reef fish Ecospace

This dataset contains input files for the habitat capacity model of the ecosystem model WFS Reef fish Ecospace, which were produced from the predictions of generalized additive models (GAMs) fitted to: (1) the survey data contained in the dataset whose UDI is FL.x703.000:0003; and (2) the environmental data contained in the dataset whose UDI is FL.x703.000:0006. The data provided in the present dataset are probabilities of encounter for the fish and invertebrate functional groups/species/life stages represented in the WFS Reef fish Ecospace model.
