Bulk RNA sequencing in minor salivary glands of Brazilian patients with primary Sjögren's syndrome (SS) and healthy volunteers

We aimed to study the difference of gene expression profile in minor salivary glands between SS patients and healthy volunteers, as well as the difference among different subgroups of SS patients. Overall design: Total mRNA was extracted from minor salivary glands of 43 SS patients and 7 healthy volunteers.
