Synthetic Contingent Valuation Using Large Language Models – Replication Data and Code

Replication data for "Synthetic Contingent Valuation Using Large Language Models" (Woolley et al.). Contains synthetic survey response data from two studies: Study 1 replicating Aldy et al. (2012) on willingness to pay for a national clean energy standard (NCES), and Study 2 replicating Giguere et al. (2020) on willingness to pay for hemlock woolly adelgid (HWA) treatment in Appalachian forests. Data generated via the Alethic-ISM platform using nine LLM providers via OpenRouter.
