Analysis of small cell lung carcinoma human-derived xenografts. The hypothesis tested in the present study was that small cell lung carcinomas demonstrate transcriptomic diversity. Results provide important information on the variation and groupings (clustering) of distinct small cell lung carcinomas. RNA obtained from small cell lung carcinoma tissue derived from a human biospy or surgical specimen then passaged through NSG mice. ***Raw data are being deposited in dbGaP due to patient privacy concerns***
