153,952 individuals were typed for loci HLA-A, B, C, DRB1, DQB1, DQA1, DRB345, DPB1, DPA1. NGS typings were performed between the start of local NGS usage and up to December 23, 2022 (more information on SFHITools - www.sfhitools.fr/HaploSFHI/about_haplosfhi) with data from the HLA laboratories of Angers, Amiens, Besançon, Bordeaux, Brest, Caen, Clermont Ferrand, Créteil, Dijon, Grenoble, Lille, Limoges, Lyon, Marseille, Nancy, Nantes, Nice, Paris Saint-Louis, Paris Robert-Debré, Poitiers, Reims, Rouen, Saint-Etienne, Strasbourg, Toulouse, and Tours.
