WSLH Wastewater Monitoring dPCR Assays & Parameters

Wisconsin Wastewater Monitoring Program (WWMP) is collecting wastewater from over 40 municipal wastewater treatment facilities across the state of Wisconsin and analyzing it for the presence of genetic material from multiple infectious disease pathogens including SARS-CoV-2 (the virus causing COVID-19), influenza A & B, avian influenza H5N1, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), norovirus (group I & II), hMPXV (formerly monkeypox) and measles. This dataset lists all the WWMP's dPCR parameters, oligo sequences, as well as positive controls used in the routine wastewater monitoring.
