Next Generation Sequencing Facilitates Quantitative Analysis of SLC7A5KO BM-B cell and CTRL BM-B cell Transcriptomes

The goals of this study are to compare transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) of SLC7A5 deficeint BM-B cells to the control group. Bedises, we want to determine the cellular pathways which were regulated by SLC7A5 in BM-B cells. mRNA profiles of SLC7A5KO BM-B cells and SLC7A5KO BM-B cells were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate.
