This database appears to have been created by VA 3739 South Gippsland II (Shire 1994-ct) to control general correspondence files inherited from its predecessors including VA 2540 Woorayl (Shire 1888-1994).For each file inherited from Woorayl, the database listed (at least) the file number, the primary heading, and the secondary heading and/or file title. The information recorded for other files is subject to research.
