Data for: Application Frequency of CQA-tested Municipal Solid Waste Compost can Alter Metabolites in Vegetables.

The data comprised values of the metabolites i.e. total and specific metabolites of lettuce, beets, carrot and green beans as affected by variation in the application frequency of Compost Quality Alliance tested municipal solid waste compost during a 5-year period. The application frequency were annual, biennial and no (control) compost application.
