To investigate if IgA have different specificity to bacteria due to DAO activity or T cell activity, we sequenced metagenomes of IgA-bound and non-IgA bound bacteria collected from small intestine of wild type, DAOG181R mutant, TCRbeta delta double knockout (TCRdKO), and TCRdKO/DAOG181R mice. We revealed that DAO activity altered T cell dependent IgA response on some bacteria especially on unclassified Clostridia.
