This dataset provides useful information for researchers planning to standardize the mito-roGFP protocol in their labs. To better understand this data, we suggest using the notebook notes as a guide to visualize the original .nd2 file and excel graph report. Alternatively, a summary of graph reports for each day and sample is provided as a .pptx file and can be visualized along with the notebook notes for a clear understanding of hydrogen peroxide optimization procedures. This data was obtained from a culture of HCAEC at passage 3. Note: .nd2 files can be visualized with the free version of NIS Elements software.
