GPlately × pyGMT Tutorial Suite — Companion Data Archive

This archive contains the external (not git-bundled) datasets used by the GPlately × pyGMT tutorial suite — 80 Jupyter notebooks demonstrating deep-time plate reconstruction, paleogeography, paleoclimate, and thermochronology workflows built on GPlately and PyGMT. How to use this archive. Download and extract each zip you need into a zenodo_data/ folder at the root of the tutorial-suite repository (a sibling of Notebooks/ and data/), e.g. zenodo_data/gmcm9_dynamic_topography_Braz/. Every notebook that depends on one of these datasets looks there by default, with a ZENODO_<NAME>_DIR environment variable available to override the location. You do not need to download the whole archive — each notebook's own "Data availability" cell states exactly which dataset(s) it needs, and zenodo_data/README.md in the repository has the full reference table.
