This dataset is named 'Hierarchical Demand Forecasting Benchmark for the Distribution Grid', and was developed by the Swiss Research Center for Future Power Infrastructure. It is designed to serve as a standard benchmark for evaluating forecasting algorithms in demand-side management applications. The dataset includes 24 nodes from urban distribution grids in Switzerland, 7 synthetic aggregated time series, and meteorological data.
