Source data and model weights for multi-estimand evaluation of antimicrobial peptide generators

This record contains source data, supplementary tables, final manuscript figures and analysis scripts for the final benchmark of predictor-defined safety conversion in antimicrobial peptide generation. The package includes candidate-level Oracle scores for seven 20,456-candidate peptide pools, bootstrap summaries, matching diagnostics, adjusted analyses, threshold sensitivity results, prediction-model validation summaries, homology-audit outputs, main-figure source data and lightweight code snapshots for DiffShape generation and Oracle scoring. Activity, toxicity, hemolysis and safety-related quantities are predictor-defined and should be interpreted as passage through the specified prediction gates.
