The clonal structure and dynamics of the human T cell response to an organic chemical hapten - Dataset

T cell receptor sequence data of alopecia patients before and during sensitisation with diphenylcyclopropenone and healthy volunteers at equivalent timepoints, using the UCL Chain lab protocol.
